At Dropkart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

🔹 Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be raised within 6 days of product delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

🔹 Mandatory Open Box Video (Important)

To be eligible for a refund, open box video is compulsory.

The video must:

  • Be recorded without any cuts or edits

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening

  • Show complete unboxing process

  • Clearly show the product and issue/damage

  • Be recorded on the day of delivery

Refund requests without an open box video will not be accepted.

🔹 Non-Refundable Cases

  • No open box video provided

  • Damage caused after use

  • Minor color or design variation

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues

  • Change of mind after purchase

🔹 Refund Process

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
