🔹 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

🔹 How to Cancel

• To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

• Cancellation requests must be approved by Dropkart.

🔹 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

🔹 Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders already shipped or delivered

• Orders cancelled due to refusal at delivery

• Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
